On May 20, 2023, Jeff Porter disassembled one of his two Commodore
LCD prototypes and allowed the EPROMs to be dumped. The prototypes
have no external markings to identify them but the machine that was
dumped has a large "3" written in marker on the inside of the case.

From the memory board:

 U105 "K5-28 NEW I/O" MBM27C256-30 k5-28-new-io-u105.bin
 U106 "TERM, WP 5-30" MBM27C256-30 term-wp-5-30-u106.bin
 U107 "CALC" MBM27C256-30 calc-u107.bin
 U108 "S 3-24-85" MBM27C256-30 s-3-24-85-u108.bin

From the main board:

 U16 "CHAR ROM" HN27C64G-20 char-rom-u16.bin

Each EPROM was dumped in two different device programmers
(a Minipro TL-866A and a Needhams Electronics EMP-20). The
dumps were identical.
